Our organization grew out of our founder’s realization that academic and professional success often begins in the mathematics classroom. Previously working in Corporate America as an Engineer, Mrs. Debra Keelen understood the real-life applications of mathematics. Her later studies and experience in inner-city classrooms provided her a deep understanding of how to teach mathematics at every level where education and personal relationships became adamant to Mrs. Keelen’s goals. Favorite Educational Consultants, Inc. evolved from these experiences and aims to prepare students from urban schools to become our future teachers, engineers, doctors and professionals that have yet to emerge in the technology field.
